Here are some of the best sites and places to go that will help you deal with anything you may want to know about life in general and surviving your teens.

Bullying no wayLink exits to another website  – Great site for info on how to deal with bullying and where to get help.

HeadspaceLink exits to another website – If you are suffering from anxiety or depression these are the people to talk to. Plans are underway for a Headspace Centre to be located on the Coast in the near future.

Kids help lineLink exits to another website  – Sometimes you just need to talk to someone. Kids help line has a special section for teens where you can email, call or talk to a counsellor via the web. They've been around for over 20 years and are a great place to get help and advice for issues at school, home or with your friends.

Lifeline – You can now call Lifeline via your mobile for free. If you need help 24/7… or someone to talk to, call them on 13 11 14.
